Traditional, delicious menu, attentive and efficient staff. Stand outs are the lasagne, pesto and the farro salad! I think I've been here going on 20 times and always take visitors to Melbourne. View all feedback.

I enjoy this place, whether it's breakfast, lunch or just an excuse for a coffee. Grab a seat at a bench table with others and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Food is simple but tasty. Coffee is great. Order at the bar, pay up front and delivered to you. The staff are busy but friendly with a smile. You can sit at footpath tables and enjoy the buzz of Lygon St. View all feedback.
It is a scandal, as this was earlier a great place to get a decent bowl of pasta with good service, based on a recent visit this is no longer the case. the service was abrupt and not friendly, and eating disappointing. from the...step main thing we ordered, the Gnocchi bowl was tasteless, and the mushroom paste had a sticky sauce where it had a beautiful butter/oil dressing before. a real disappointment, unlikely that we will go back.
Accompanying and friendly staff. the prosecco is divine, light and refreshing. snacks that are given before the order are taken. the service is with meals within 15-20min. I had the black linguine with king prawns and my friend had the lasagne. in any case back!
We went to dinner on Saturday last night, excellent pasta and the meatballs to go home. three of us went, I had a solid bean shaped pasta with cauliflower and a sauce that nuts in it as it does not with any. I ordered the beginning of the meatballs. excellent, the other two had lasagne, which simply laid, super
Didn't know there was pizza we havent been served a pizza menu????? Now the gnocchis were terrible, horrid. Like these continental soups bags you get at the supermarket... yuk... Bad service from the two males waiter, the lady was nice and welcoming when the others...were arrogant and not looking after customer the way it should be done in a restaurant. Its looks Italian, seems Italian but the food and restaurant looks like more of a Mac Donald come eat and go..... doesn't make you feel you want to stay longer and enjoy your meal... so yes really sorry but not sorry this place is uni MERDA!
Bellissima!!! best Italian Bar I've been in since Frascati in Rome
