We were super excited to see that there was a Hungarian restaurant nearby. We went with friends, and ordered mostly Hungarian food (but with bhaji and pappadums just so we could say we had eaten Indian Hungarian food!). Our meals were delicious and the service was excellent. The prices are not super cheap but are very good, and drinks are very reasonable. What User doesn't like about Diamond Indian Cuisine:
I've been looking for the best Indian restaurant in Australia and this is easily the worst I have come across. Twice I have had take- away from here and the food has been repulsive. I get the impression they recycle old food thought the takeaway channel. On both occasions the kebabs were dry and tasteless and seemed like they had been cooked previously and reheated. The food was mediocre and not truly authentic Indian cuisine. The curries seemed to be made with soup, which was disappointing. The schnitzel chicken was thin, mostly breaded on the outside, and very oily. I wouldn't return. The waitress was not very accommodating or friendly, and the atmosphere wasn't welcoming. Overall, considering the price and taste, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
This restaurant offers a unique and successful combination of flavors. Highly recommended.
