Cosi Bar Ristorante - Melbourne

I first visited cosi a few months ago and did not like it (not a single thing when a friend recommended it to lunch, I refused. and then she mentioned that there had new owners so that I was willing to give him another. a. differences. it is at the upper end of the cost scale, but eating wein and service were top notch, and it had a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere that made all for a fantastic Sunday dinner. can highly recommend the ragu and the lemon tart (my friends shared the tiramisu and it looked delicious).

Right 16/09/2019 the cucinetta melbourne team has been the official new owner of cosi bar ristorante since 1996. we are very happy to share this amazing news with them! we have worked the last weeks behind the scenes to make this possible. the team is proud to complement his family of an Italian institution, a little older than cucinetta, but still beautiful. P.S.Please disregard the previous reviews because they are misleading and do not reflect the high standards and professionalism of the new Italian owners. unfortunately zomato will not cancel it!

Great service, very attentive and positiw. quiet and stylish restaurant, steak was good, chips not so fresh or tasty. recommended for a few dinners

I had so high expectations, and it was okay, but it didn't blow me away. when they go to cosi, they stay with a pasta court. everyone who ordered pasta was really happy. the gnocchi osso bucco was delicious and so was the seafood pasta. the duck was to “deprivation”, so I wouldn’t order it again. the desserts were nice and I would like to order dessert again. make sure I'm back.

Wow, I don't know what to rate higher, the service or the food. Whilst the food was amazing, especially the desert, the service was outstanding. Rowena specifically is the reason why this place will always do well. Amazing outdoor space with just excellent service
