I lived in southern California for 5 years, and since moving to Melbourne, have no tasted Authentic-tasting Mexican food, untll now. Great atmosphere too! Very accurate to a Mexican restaurant, except not as divey. Great joint! View all feedback.
I found that it was a bit loud in the restaurant and that our food was a little cool when it came out. Everything still tasted great, but was expecting the food to still be piping hot considering the time it took for the food to come out.
Yummy, well priced food. A little slow considering how empty they were, but the kind service and amazing food makes up for this.
I couldn't see anything, as they only have fairy lights (fire hazard)I guess it would be an ideal place to take someone ugly of whom you were repulsed with...don't have to see their face. The staff were rude and I felt rushed. To top it all off the food was bad and overpriced.Save yourself money, turn all the lights off in your house and eat cat poo, its pretty much the same experience.
The meal started off really well and we thought the entrees were delicious. However, the tacos for main were terrible. My dinner partner thought the taco shell wasn't cooked enough. We tried all of the fillings and didn't like any. We ended up leaving most of the meal.I have serious qualms with the use of wooden utilencils and paper plates for the entire meal. What is the story with this?? Are they trying to be exceptionally trendy or just have no space in the kitchen to wash dishes??l
Some of the best, most authentic tasting tacos I've had the pleasure of devouring outside of Mexico!
