We were drawn in by the enticing "try our homemade gnocchi" sign and wanted to escape the bustling Sydney street traffic. The owner and staff were friendly, and the food was deliciously simple. We will definitely be back. View all feedback.
I came for a quiet breakfast and was very pleased to find drinkable coffee and a vegetarian focaccia with soft eggplant and not the tough items I usually find. The environment was dark and restful and I would not have known that I was just 50 metres from Sydney Road.
OMG... Do yourself a favour and head to this cafe ... The eggs are amazing. Coffee is out of this world.. Bacon is so tasty.
Friendly staff and some enticing gluten-free and gluten-full tasties on the counter greeted us. The all-day breakfast menu brought together interesting flavours, and the use of edible flowers and other unusual ingredients in other dishes make this more than just a venue for breakfast and pasta variations. It was a carpenter's shop, and the decor reflects that former use. Oh, and it's just a step away from Sydney Road, so you can sit at the pavement tables without being on the main road.

We needed a break from the traffic and found this restaurant with friendly staff, tasty food, and good coffee. We will definitely be back again.
