Carmelas Diner The Leadbeater

We attended a trivia night at this restaurant. The service and overall experience were satisfactory, but the food left much to be desired. I ordered a burger that came with wilted, discolored lettuce, a burnt patty, and large chunks of raw onion. Despite several efforts to get the staff's attention to address my concerns, I eventually gave up and settled for the chips, which were at least decent.

I recently held a work function at the Eureka hotel for over 60 people, where we did a pub quiz and had bar snacks. The entire experience was hassle-free, with the great staff assisting us in setting up an easy-to-use bar tab and locating an MC for the evening. We only ordered a variety of bar snacks, but they were all served promptly and were delicious. I would definitely use this venue again in the future.

I had such a fun and enjoyable night! All thanks to the amazing staff and great atmosphere. Really good choice of trivia questions and everyone was completely entertained throughout the night. I definitely recommend!!

Large drink selection, good menu choices and excellent service. Hosted a trivia night here recently and it was amazing! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, they were supportive and helped out with any hiccup along the way. My university club is so grateful, thanks again! The food was affordable and delicious, most of our attendees couldn't resist! Highly recommend the Eureka Hotel as an option if you're planning any sort of function. They had tables set up before we arrived, the space is much larger (capacity of 250 people than any other place we visited, and the venue was fully equip with a functioning AV system, projector (it's surprising how many places don't provide this! , and if you want to get fancy, they even provide a smoke machine : Overall it was an amazing night, and any complication was largely due to miscommunication on my behalf Sorry again!

Recently had my 50th Birthday Party at Eureka. Nicole Tom just super and all staff very friendly Not many venues like this anymore. I wanted a real pub function room with a live band feel and I got that. The ambient lighting with the right acoustics set the mood for the night. Had approx 120 ppl, finger food was great kept flowing and all guests treated well at bar without waiting too long . Needed a security person at door at my request last minute which Nicole organised and he was super and fitted in with everyone. Certainly a night to remember !! Even tried out the Parma Pot $15 Thursday night before my function and was a winner with all my family. A good honest Pub with great staff ! Thank you!!! Pat
