At the queen vic market this is a stall which is an institution. You line up get a hot sausage in a roll with onions and mustard. Going to the market is a morning thing. It is easier to get a bratwurst rather than having...breakfast beforehand. On the weekend they are three deep View all feedback.

Ordered a spicy bratwurst with cheese and tomato relish and american mustard. The sausage was definitely not spicy. They give you plenty of cheese and sauce though so that's a bonus, plus it was quite cheap. View all feedback.

The spicy bratwurst is my go to order. It's so well seasoned and juicy especially when served piping hotI always pair it with cheese, tomato relish and extra hot sauce as the bratwurst was mild in heat. The only letdown was the bread roll as it was quite tough. Also would have rated this higher if the bread was toasted. Nevertheless, the delicious bratwurst made up for it
What's not to love about a sausage in a roll, especially when it has German flavours. A step up from your typical Bunnings snag, Bratwurst Shop has a delicious range of bratwursts with your choice of condiments. The lines here get long, as they are that popular. <br/ <br/ We had a spicy sausage with mustard and sauerkraut and it was absolutely delicious. The sausage was seasoned well, nice and juicy and had a lot of heat. The roll itself was crunchy and fresh, and the sauerkraut added that nice salty tang. <br/ <br/ The staff were chatty and pleasant and the roll is made in mere minutes. Definitely one of our first stops at the market, Bratwurst Shop is popular with locals for very good reason. Simple things done well will always keep me coming back.
Go for the white pork sausage in a white roll with onions, always great, always worth a nibble on if you’re in the vicinity of the QVM.
Come with friends and family that way you can share and try some great food and many, many different kinds.
