Contribute FeedbackBangkok Jam offers a mixed dining experience, with some customers disappointed by the average food quality and service while others enjoyed delicious meals and friendly service. The prices were a concern for some, considering the standard of the food. While some were impressed by the portion sizes and cocktail options, others felt let down by the unavailability of certain dishes. Overall, opinions on Bangkok Jam are divided, with some diners eager to return for more while others are inclined to seek better dining options elsewhere.
A big discovery in the middle of chinatown ... service was very friendly fast efficient. Despite part of an international chain, eating was excellent with good size portions great cocktails. we will be safe again
Excellent service and eating was authentic thai taste!
Eating was very average. total waste of money. $165 for 3 people! the chicken was fat, there was no possibility to choose the vegetarian Massaman curry (perhaps they were 'out' from sweet for a 17.30 clock! . also they were from the fish cake! . the service was average. we would definitely not go back, nor would we recommend this restaurant.
Great food and beautiful people. there were five of us, and we all have eaten and enjoyed the atmosphere very much. this is the third time that we have been there as a group and will return again.
The food was overall good, and a decent portion for the price. The Pad Thai didn't skimp on the tamarind and the Pad See was also good. The only criticism was that I specifically went to the restaurant because they had Khao Soi on the menu and they were sold out. They were also sold out of the Massaman special.
