I had the combination pork chop rice. the vietnamese pork chop should have fish sauce lemongrass marinade, it didnt have any of that...what it did have was weir... read more I had the combination pork chop rice. the vietnamese pork chop should have fish sauce lemongrass marinade, it didnt have any of that...what it did have was weird orange red food colouring sugar. also in good resturanta it comes with a small bowl of broth. the Rice was partly inedible....the hard burnt bottom rice in a rice cooker? can sometimes be eaten if done correct or thrown away if too overcooked and left a thin layer, but this place rolls it up, covers it up with softer rice on the outside, the hard rice base cant be eaten because its been mushed into a hard solid ball that u cant chew, just to not throw it away ....which it ends up being anyway as no one can eat it like that....wouldnt go back Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
