Wendy's - Melbourne

Food is always cold in the car and gets the phone order wrong every time soemthing missing

Very disorganized, has the better part of our order wrong. Song about it, no longer the family size chili on the menu, so they no longer need to chili.

This is a great Wendy's location. It's never too busy, the staff is very friendly, and they always seem to get my order right. What more can you ask for? Oh, I know......A BACONATOR!!!

I was greeted by an amazing,pretty young woman named heather,service was prompt and food was great,amazing coming from ny to florida to visit friends and meeting such a nice person right off the bat,love those earings,i think i have a secret crush!! john-long island {hi heather}

This place is cruel!! If I could evaluate it with zero stars, I would. I love Wendys and often go. But I will never return to this special Wendys under circumstances. The last 4 visits were ALL terrible experiences!! The waiting times are incredible. The staff is rude, unprofessional, respectful and only makes a bad experience, infinitely worse. From ALL the reviews and reviews I have made, I have never given a negative rating, but this place is more than to say goodbye. The first time or two, I thought it might be a bad day, but after ALL 4 of the last trips here were equally miserable, I decided never again to this. I'll drive a father to literally go.
