Mcdonald's - Melbourne

It was over to get two chicken sandwiches and a coke. uses the kiosk in the lobby and placed order and paid. order not on their board. they said they had a problem with the kiosk all day. in 15 minutes event to find the order and got this two chicken sandwich five minutes later....20 minutes event. bad culinary experience.

Normally, I wouldn 't bother to complain about a fast food place. It 's really mostly pointless. But I 've gotten to the point where I feel I need to say something. Hopefully the owners will read this and take it to heart.My husband and I eat here probably too often. Our mornings are hectic and breakfast here is our go to. It 's always been hit or miss, but mostly pretty decent. Lately, however, it 's been miss, miss, miss, miss, miss. Either things are missing from the order (2 apple fritters, hash browns, etc. , or the biscuits are stale, or the coffee is made so far off the recipe that it tastes like tar, or no straws in the bag and when I ask for them I 'm told they are in the bag and have to PROVE to the young lady at the counter that they aren 't there.... I could go on. In our last 10 visits, something has been wrong or missing every single visit. All of this on top of prices going up exponentially.One memorable moment I ordered an oatmeal and my bag contained a spoon, the fruit, a couple napkins, and no oatmeal.I hope you guys get it together. On a positive note (for us , the hubs and I will be eating at home more which is better for us anyway.

Food was above average,and place was clean. The person that took our order seemed confused about the menu.

I have been on road trips all across the country, plenty of drive thru stops and mcdonald's opportunities. This mcdonald's is HANDS DOWN the best one I have ever been to. Food is always hot, well cooked and crispy where it's supposed to be. Sodas always with the right amount of syrup, sandwiches assembled with care. They really know what they are doing at this one and I recommend you go!

We never sit in this drive thru for very long. All orders are usually spot on except for today. Ordered a chicken sandwich and got a double cheeseburger. Didn't realize it till we got home.
