What Aloysius Murphy The Ubiquitous Experience doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
We haven't encountered a Chick-fil-A we didn't enjoy until we visited this location. We've tried it several times, but unfortunately, it continues to disappoint. The food has a rubbery texture, the bread is wet and soggy, the soda tastes off, and the ice has a chlorine flavor. Stood in line alone for a good 5 minutes with at least 3 free managers staring at me behind the counter refusing to do anything, then they all clocked out to sit at table together. Would've ignored it if one of them didn't walk up in front of me and ask forfood from the kitchen, immediately receiving it and going back to said table to eat it and all laugh together, all the whilestill no one will take my order. Rude
There is no doubt that the spicy chicken sandwich came from the heart. the service is always on the point and it differentiates it from any other restaurant out there. not only fast eating
As per usual, chick fil A always goes above and beyond with there service and quality of food. This place is nice because it is in the mall so there usually arnt too big of lines. The other one on Palm Bay Road gets real busy so this is my preferred spot
Chick fil A is amazing.. Their menu is off the charts at an awesome price.. Customer service is impecable and they are very good at everything they do
The staff is very friendly and food is always very good. They have a good layout of the drive thru. Wish they would open the kids playground and would really like to pull up and read the actual menu to order. Sometimes it’s intimidating trying to order on the fly when you pull up and they ask you right away.
