Location is a disaster. The employees are rude and the building is filthy. The food itself is barely edible. Ironically, you can travel 20 minutes south to the location on 192 and there is a massive difference in the quality and flavor of the food. How is that possible? I understand franchise owners can differ from location to location, but for the food taste and look completely different 20 minutes away. The one on... View all feedback.
Ordered two 9-piece chicken fries and french fries, they were hard and not hot. Obviously they had been sitting for awhile. I asked for fresh food. About 2 minutes later it was ready. The chicken fries were dry and a darker golden brown color. Itappeared they had just thrown the same ones in the fryer.
The fries were stale, the burgers cold, the coke was good. I wish the staff cared about making good food I mean Burger King gives them all the tools. The lights are not even on so it looks like the restaurant is closed but, I didn?t take the hint. Iwill ban this place.
Our food was lukewarm, but after 30 seconds in the microwave, it was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself was dirty and rundown, with dead bugs visible on the machine to the left of the service counter. I was dining with my 8-year-old son when one of the chefs loudly use profanity, which my son recognizes as inappropriate. Overall, the dining experience was disappointing—the premises were in poor condition and the staff could use some serious improvements.
I’ve been visiting this restaurant since 2015, and it was fantastic until about a year or two ago. I've noticed a pattern where they open for a while, then close temporarily, and that’s the situation today. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I suspect they might be losing staff or that the owner has lost interest.
This has nothing to do with the restaurant itself, but I’m just really tired of seeing the political salesperson around the place.
