What rich mccammon doesn't like about Bacco Wine Cafe:
They would bring a salad and Appetizer at the same time. This is supposed to be authentic Italian, not even close there is absolutely no flavor or seasoning in anything we ordered. The caprice salad had pithy tomatoes,no basil and bland balsamic vinagerette not even cooked down.We would have had a better Italian meal with a can of spaghetti o's from chef boyardee. Amazing twist on Lebanese flavors. All the basics plus more, and specials every couple weeks. They make most dishes vegan or vegetarian. Will come back for sure!
Love sumac? Love lamb? Love authentic flavors? Lots of options here, so good I had to order take out for later.
Thanks to Chef Toni Elkhouri for a wonderful dining experience at Cedars. Five of us had dinner and it was a first for all but one of us. Everything was beautifully presented and prepared. The pistachio baklava was superb, rich and very buttery. We'll definitely be back! Between the five of us we had a falafal platter, lamb skewer, fatoush salad, chicken shawrama, kibbeh, stuffed grape leaves and tabouli.
Cedars Cafe has the best Lebanese food in Central Florida. They have so many vegetarian options and everything is delicious! They recently updated their menu and the new menu clearly shows which options are vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free. Most of the dishes are more than $10, but they are definitely worth it. I got the ?Classic Pick 3? with falafel, fatoush salad and lentils and rice (pictured below) for $11, but based on the amount and quality of the food it was definitely a fair price.
Truly authentic and delicious! Service eas amazing, and very intimate setting. Great place to bring a date or spouse! Thank you Bacco! I felt like I was back in Italy!
