Ruma's Deli - Mehlville

My Coworker boasted on this place so I decided to place an order. I was SO DISAPPOINTED, it was the most bland sandwich I've ever had to be a roast beef sandwich. It was suppose to be a hot sandwich and it wasn't even warm. The sandwich had a piece of hair inside the wrapper, that I noticed AFTER having a few bites. I called NOT to ask for my money back or even to replace my sandwich. I simply called to inform the Manager of the situation so they'd be more Careful and all she said when I told her was, OH I said, well an apology would be fine, I'm not asking for anything but I think an apology should be given. Customer Service was not Present this day, Needless to say that I will not be going there Again.

The pasta was way too soft and the sauce was super watery. it did not taste right no mater how much i stirred up the pasta it did not stick to my pasta. there was also ants on the table.

Love rumas! Have been going here for years. They have the best sandwiches, pasta, and salads! My favorite are the Gerber and Prosperity. The workers are always very friendly and give great customer service. If I could give 100 stars I would!!

I'm not impress with the food or service. Waited almost an hour for 3 sandwiches, couldn't understand why because 6 people in back, go figure. Won't return.

I've eaten around for almost 50 years. I love the hot sandwiches (gerber prosperity) and the super. the rich boy brings back memories because that is what mom would order for us when we were kids.
