Went there and feel in love with it. So visited again. The chain of hotel of Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, the ambience and the food is worth the money. Recommended is Noor Mahal Biryani. The mocktails are also good and the food succulent. Should be on the to do list of every one visiting meerut View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Yellow Chilli:
I had the worst experience. We ordered tandoori platter as starters. First of all it seemed like it was cooked a few hours ago. And taste was pathetic even the chutney served was just full of chilli. We did not order any food. The guy who got back the remaining amount in the bill brought only 20 rupees instead of 28, whereas they are already charging serbice tax as well as service charge. Lovely food, very attentive staff, would highly recommend for any traveller or local wanting to eat out in Meerut.
I am a big fan of yellow chilli coz I threw my son's 1st bday party at thr party hall , so after a month we went to thr restras they served us good food service was excellent provided us with loyal customer discount as well. But still the prices can be looked after i think it's 20-30% overpriced.
I had a great meal here with business friends. The place is clean and food was delicious with great service, one of the best restaurants in Meerut. I highly recommend it and will return, a little expensive but I was not paying :
Very pathetic food, very expensive, waste of money and time. Taste of food is very below average..over all experience..poor
It is one of those restaurants in Meerut where you can spend time at a peaceful neat looking place where the mobikes and cars are not honking or racing and you definitely find ample parking space. To me, it is good for meals with family or business team. Presentation (decoration) of servings is attractive being simple. In vegetarian, the Nizami Tadka Biryani is good while in non vegetarian, the Murgh Noormahal Biryani is very very ordinary despite having a complicated name and the expensive price tag. Chicken was not sufficiently put as is the practice in its contemporaries. Moreover, they do not provide Raita with Biryani and instead serve these with simple curd which is not understandable as both the Biryanis being not very exotic or hot, the curd serves no purpose nor does it makes any change in taste. They did not replace simple Raita with Onion Raita despite having requested. For Biryanis, I recommend Bravura Gold Resort's restaurant over this.
