I have seen and heard about the place long before i started eating Omelette .Its really surprising there is place which is famous only for Omelette ,I still remember how people from every corner of meerut would enjoy this omelette and tea.With there unique Fluffy omelette which is super yummy ,its a must visit place if you are passing from main city .

One of the very few places that i would have rated a perfect 5 and first of all let me explain this to you in 5 points.<br/ 1.  Can you believe this this was probably the first Drive in restaurant in India. Situated bang on the Delhi Dehradun highway as there was no by pass.<br/ 2. The owner of the place was the inventor of the fluffy omlette and he was paranoid of the quality of the product and understood that the beating of the egg would require certain tensile capacity in the metal which was perfected over 4 years of serving and that is the secret which remains with the family.<br/ 3. Situated in the Meerut Cantt. there are restrictions on the development of the place else the place would have grown leaps and bounds even then the place is neat and clean and built as a drive in only.<br/ 4. The menu is limited and the cold coffees are still made in the house and the recipee is a secret. <br/ 5. The prices are extremely pocket friendly and the stuff is a total 'paisa vasool '<br/ <br/ My Recommendation<br/ Please dont try anything fancy Masala or Chese Omlette with or without coffee hot and cold is the staple order here.<br/ <br/ The Verdict<br/ If u love omlettes and are in meerut then do not miss it for the love of omlettes.

Best place for omelette! Undoubtedly the best omelette you’ll ever have ! The place has maintained its quality over the last couple of decades! Must visit!

The best omlette in town..I have been visiting this place with my dad since i can remember eating omlette..I had my very first masala omlette here..The place has changed over the years but the quality remained the same.My specials are masala omlette , cheese omlette , coffee plain and cold , veg cutlets and veg cowmeinIf you are a big omlette fan and you haven't visited caltex , then my friend you are missing the most amazing omlette .

Simply outstanding, a place which was,is and will be known for its outstanding omelets and coffee. Just visit the place and you will find how great was this place once. Highly recommend.
