the location is really beautiful with views of the Rhine. the service cannot stop. the second coffee was forgotten and also not delivered. service patty. the chefin only asked sweetly and somehow desinteressed why we were not satisfied. Price-performance is also not true. latte machiatto for almost 4euro was not revealing. kellner then returned only 12euro with the comment on a bill of 7.40Euro to 20euro, he would no... I was with my friend on a wonderful Sunday afternoon afternoon at sunny 30 degrees in the brands jupp, the service is astrein and the eating was like created by gott. the service was fast despite the high uprising. ! thanks to the young friendly team.
Very nice food although very expensive Waitress very friendly & helpful translating menu We sat inside as the weather was over 30 but looked like a very nice beer garden overlooking the river Rhine
We celebrated the 80th birthday of our mama. that no one of our mothers congratulated on the birthday, we found extremely unsightly. thanks to the flowery woman iron leaves the table was beautifully decorated, and our mama had a flower garland around the worshipped, and by couple rehbock specially provided comfortable armrest chair. -the flowers had of course their price, but they were also worth it. the food was unfortunately extremely moderate and expensive, and the selection menu pre-ordered for weeks: the soup tasted like a soup cooked with a pale butter. the spargel in the main menu was fibrous, the alternative seasonal vegetables almost raw, the speck around the pork fillet oll and dried. the dessert strawberries were sour and badly powdered, the alternative mousse tasted as from the bag. all made loveless and without any whistle. the service was completely overwhelmed: it was the waiter to pick up a Hercules task with a total of eleven guests, which was desired for the respective whale menu, and that for a choice between fish and meat, and between the economical and seasonal menu choice. the waiter was clearly struggling. Drinks came only after multiple demand, always too late and too warm, and even though we celebrated the afternoon, there was no more apple juice for apfelschorle after an hour. the waiters stumbled several times over the chair of our eighty-year-old mother, and they did not even apologize. with large tamtan a waiter fell down a fully loaded tablet on the terrace, so it took even longer with the drinks - which had to be reminded again. when the time had been settled after a long time, the waiter dropped the freshly filled tablet again, between two of our guests who were both sprayed from top to bottom. without apologising and without a single offer of reparation, that would be very bad in private, but for professional guest makers it is certainly completely indiscusable. -that we were also forced to apply several toilet papers and soap, as well as an unusable toilet due to severe pollution, makes clear how completely overwhelmed this human seems to be very nice team.An absolute jammer to this fantastic situation!
