When planning to have a large order, I've gotten advice to call ahead few hours or the day before even to schedule a time to have it ready and they've been incredibly accommodating! We’ve been ordering from this restaurant for years. Tonight, however, when I placed my order, the delivery person was someone I had never seen before. He claimed that they no longer deliver to our area because it was "too far," despite the fact that they’ve been delivering here for years.
