Thyme - Medway

When staying at PI’s we don’t usually eat at the in-house restaurant – but as the hotel is relatively isolated we decided to have dinner and breakfast here…. Dinner was booked on check-in – restaurant quite large but not busy – food and drinks orders taken – the hunters chicken for me – my wife the haddock and chips – good pub grub level – well priced – bill came with a little saying – “every cloud has a silver lining” – a saying is attributed to John Milton….so it appears they are a literary bunch in Chariot Way.... We also ate breakfast here – first morning we both went for the continental option although because of lack of custom the full-English was being cooked to order – the next day I went for the cooked breakfast and ordered poached eggs which were cooked to perfection which is not an easy task…. The Thyme brand and menu from experience is a better option than the others offered by PI and this one was no exception – thank you….

My partner took me away for a beautiful romantic night, the room we were inserted into was amazing, a newly built room that we had a great time there. we both loved the security of the entire building as they need their key card to enter each door. the only case we had experienced was when we went to dinner in the restaurant they had in the hotel. we had ordered our appetizers in the bar, but was not sure if we wanted one more whisper. And the young lady who took our order was rude and said: “Don’t think that is a little,” you look at me and my partner directly. we were quite insulted by this commentary, then she continued by saying we had to pay there and then. we did, we thought we would have dessert. except that we had a great time there.

Perfect location for diggerland, next to frankie bennys, chiquito, bingo, bowling mac donald, bit noisy with the trains, but we had windows open, clean, lots of space in restaurant, breakfast was a good fresh selection of hot and cold, family rooms are good size and spacious

I usually do not leave any reviews to this, I had this because of the extremely high levels of customer support, professionalism and a great attitude shown from janin. I felt that janine was a total breath of fresh air and an absolute good for her organization and she should be recognized for this fact. I will definitely book your hotel again and also all the employees of our employees who do the same when we work back in the local environment. well made premier inn for such talented and to find a big member of the staff. finally a big thanks to janine for all her efforts, it was very appreciated.

Room was lovely and clean. The buffet breakfast was very good staff were very friendly and helpful.
