We visited the pub to enquire about holding the wake there and the staff were kin... read more Family and special friends attended our mother's wake held at this lovely pub. We visited the pub to enquire about holding the wake there and the staff were kind, supportive and welcoming. We had a lovely homecooked lunch in the pub whilst we made our plans. We were made aware that the wifi signal is not good at the pub, but that didn't affect us at all. On the day we were able to run a photo slide show and have pics of mum up. The buffet was lovely, catering for guests who were vegetarian and vegan. There is plenty of parking too. A difficult day was made much easier knowing that everything was taken care of. It was a lovely way to celebrate mum with the relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the pub. We had several children in our family who were made welcome; we took colouring for them, but they were able to enjoy the garden. We really appreciate all of the effort and hard work to make it so special for us. We recommend the 3 Mariners to everybody! Big thankyou from Jenny Cathy x
