The City Wall is a traditional English pub located in a strategic location on the high street, one of the main roads in the charming small town of Rochester. Easily identifiable by its shiny purple exterior, The City Wall offers delicious baked carrots (I personally enjoyed them with baked beans), a wide variety of grilled meats, and, to my surprise, classic fish and chips. The prices are reasonable (less than 10 pounds for a 10-ounce sirloin steak) and the service was friendly. The modern decor, complete with comfortable purple chairs, added to the overall enjoyable dining experience.
