I am surprised by the reviews for this takeaway. I have ordered me at least four times from them and I have not failed to eat that. always hot and really nice and delicious, maybe I've always had luck, but that's my way to Chinese. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Peking Express:
We phoned ahead and were informed that the restaurant was very busy. We didn't mind, as long as our food arrived promptly and hot. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect and served cold. We were disappointed and will not be returning. If they can't handle the orders, they shouldn't accept them. We ordered our food over £116.00 here tonight that was late and when it arrived, that was eating cold. we called to complain and the lady who finally answered the phone after 44 trying to only ring, then be cut off was so rude. we asked for a refund and she said that she could not give a refund because she could not take the food back because we had touched the containers. avoid this place would not recommend and can now also understand their 1 star food rating
We have always used and enjoyed peking but never again.latly it has been terrible Waited nearly 2 hours for our food,will never use again.
Absolutely appalled by what I picked out of my Chinese this evening with my family. A HUGE FLY was in the hoisin sauce!!!!!!! Would NOT recommend to anyone !
We found a huge fly in our duck and after calling the restaurant they told us it simply wasn’t possible, I’m terribly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
The rudeness of the lady taking orders is disgusting! Rude from the second she answered the phone and absolutely vile attitude when I called to say my order had still not arrived after 2 1/2 hours, she put the phone down. The food when eventually...arrived was stone cold...
