Muffin Break - Medway

I went to this restaurant for lunch with a friend. We ordered cheese and onion toasties, a tea, and a chocolate shake. The food took a long time to arrive and there was confusion with our order number. The toasted sandwiches were lacking in filling and did not look appetizing. I returned mine and the refund took a long time to process. This restaurant used to be good for lunch with delicious sandwiches and cake, but the current staff does not seem up to par. I gave it 2 stars only because the chocolate shake was good. I would recommend going to Latinos instead. Don't waste your time or money here.

Cleanliness and friendly staff and service. I ordered a cappuccino and berry toastie with butter, and it was fresh crunchy and tasty. Mostly of all I loved the smiley face that was at the end of my cup and that made my day after hard working day at work. Thank you at the Chatham branch in the Pentagon Mall.

Needed a quick break from shops. Muffin break took my fancy ordered large Latte and Apple and Cinnamon Muffin. Latte was just warm muffin had 2 small pieces of apple and hardly any cinnamon taste. Top was dry and middle was very doughy and heavy. Probably a no go.

Food and drink very decent, comfy chairs. Service is adequate, nothing more. More banter and manners towards customers would be better.

Popped in with a family member for lunch and coffee. As we found a table I went to use the toilet. It was absolutely vile and you could see nothing had been cleaned for months. There was actually urine splashes on the wall near the toilet and the sink, tap, bin and hand dryer were filthy. As we sat and had lunch a member of staff left the kitchen area and went in to use the toilet. She was wearing her apron and had a tea towel hanging from her apron as well. These were worn as she went into the filthy toilet and were still worn when she came out and went back to the kitchen. Never will I visit this place again.
