really disappointed with the delivery today. we ordered them at 4.15 o'clock about their website at 17.25 to ask where our order was, they told us that it was on the way. Finally came around 17.56 lacking one can koks and no salat on meat and chips normally we simply order through eating and never had problems as we had never had problems before and we love their kebabs, so we thought we would try to order through th... Excellent delicious food. the delivery was fast and the staff was very friendly. would have been ordering from here.
I didn't receive any of the four main meals I ordered, only sides and drinks. I called the restaurant to ask if the delivery driver had another bag, but was told no. After speaking to three different people, I was told, "What do you expect, prices have gone up!" I believe customers should receive what they ordered. The restaurant admitted their error via WhatsApp and advised me to contact JustEat for a refund.
The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the prices are high and the delivery service is very poor. I stopped ordering from here years ago due to consistently late deliveries. However, I decided to give it another try last week and the food was still lovely. Unfortunately, this week the delivery was delayed and I was told it would be 45 minutes but it actually took 90 minutes. When I complained, I was informed that there was only one driver available. I suggested that they be honest about the delivery time so customers can plan accordingly. My advice is to pick up your order yourself or order on a Monday for a chance of receiving it by Friday.
We ordered a substantial amount of food on a Saturday evening. Was accepted, 40 minutes later I got a text to say my order had been cancelled. I called the shop to confirm this and the staff member assured me this was a mistake and took the first line of my address and number stating the food was out for delivery. 20 minutes later, no food I called again the same man was stating the food was not cancelled and still on its way. After raising that I would like to speak to a manager, the manager explained that my food was not coming and had indeed been cancelled. I was quite agitated at the fact other members of staff had lied and tried to get rid of me but telling me what I wanted to hear. When in reality if they had been honest and up front I could’ve ordered food from another restaurant. Very poor customer service and I will not order from here again , nor would I suggest friends of family too.
I'm quite unhappy. I phoned the restaurant to confirm they were still open as google said they were. The restaurant told me they were. I placed an order on just eat, to wait 20 minutes for it to be cancelled. Whilst waiting for my order to arrive all over restaurants closed. If this restaurant cancelled my order straight away I would have had time to place an order with an alternate restaurant instead I was kept wait and unable to order food tonight. Very unhappy with the service
