The dedicated team, though challenged by high demand, provided commendable service, consistently delivering delicious coffee and well-prepared food. While some patrons encountered issues—like scalding hot tea and leaks—most were appreciative of the attentive and friendly staff. Regular visitors, especially those frequenting the nearby Mayo Clinic, have praised the welcoming experience and strong sense of community fostered at this shop, making it a reliable stop for coffee lovers in the area.
Although short on staff, as is common these days, do not let the wait times deter you. The hardworking staff still goes above and beyond to provide excellent service and products! I visited this restaurant every morning during my extended stay for Mayo Clinic and the coffee was consistently delicious. My food orders were always prepared perfectly to my liking. I highly recommend stopping by anytime you are in the area.
We are very happy to have found a good coffee shop near our hotel. However, they experienced some issues with deliveries and kitchen staff, which resulted in some of their menu items not always being available.
Located just off Mayo subway system. Great cheap way to get the best cup of coffee in the city. Geat staff.
While visiting Mayo Clinic, I stopped at Dunkin twice for afternoon coffee. The employees were super attentive, efficient, and friendly to everyone who came in during the time I was there. Their coffee was great. They also sell bottled water at a reasonable price, unlike some of the hotels in the area. Thank you for great coffee and great service.
During a basketball tournament in town, this restaurant was very busy with only 4 staff members on duty. They were overwhelmed but still managed to deliver a decent level of service. Unfortunately, they were completely out of donuts and bagels, and the kitchen was closed, resulting in only about 10% of the menu being available. Despite these challenges, the staff did a good job handling the situation.
