Panini Brothers is on the upper level of the Chatham outlet centre. We went one weekend in October and it was quite busy if you come at the wrong time there can be a wait for a table. You order from a wide range of panini at the counter and it is served to your table. The quality if the food is good service friendly but slow. View all feedback.
What 889annc doesn't like about Caffe Fratelli:
The coffee was very good, but the breakfast panini was awful. Nothing was fresh, the sausage and bacon were hard and dry. I didn't understand why it came with a side salad, which also was not fresh. View all feedback.
The staff is friendly, the food is delicious with a good selection including vegan options, the atmosphere is nice, there is a kids area...overall, it's a wonderful cafe with great value for money!
The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. We stopped in for a bite to eat and a drink while at Dockside. It's a nice coffee shop that offers a break from the crowds of shoppers. The staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place. I even took a card for a catering order in the future.

Partner and I stopped at this place to grab a quick bite. I ordered mozzarella tomato panini, he had tuna panini. While the service was lovely the food tasted extremely bland and was just not good. Would not recommend getting any sandwiches.
We go here at least once a week. great coffee and cake. They keep it very clean and spacious for guests. Staff are always happy to help. You pick a table then order and they bring the drinks to the table. No faf great service.
