Despite a few positive encounters highlighting friendly staff and attentive service, the overwhelming sentiment revealed significant issues. Diners reported unsatisfactory food quality, with complaints of undercooked items and poor hygiene. Furthermore, disorganization in service management and unresponsive staff marred the overall experience, leading to frustration and dissatisfaction among patrons. While some visitors enjoyed pleasant interactions and cozy environments, the pervasive service flaws suggest a drastic need for improvement to regain customer trust and satisfaction. The restaurant has potential but requires urgent attention to its operational challenges.
This afternoon, I ordered the chicken royal menu at the restaurant. However, when I took a bite of the burger, I noticed it had black particles in it and the inside was hard. Unfortunately, this caused me to start vomiting.
While traveling through Sandpoint, Idaho on my way home, I made a stop at a restaurant so my grandkids could grab something to eat. The lady at the front counter, who introduced herself as Danielle, was incredibly helpful. She offered each of my grandkids a crown and helped them put it on. After we ordered and sat down to eat, she came out to clean tables in the lobby and checked on us to make sure we were doing okay. She even asked if we needed anything and told us to let her know if we did. I was amazed by the level of service at a fast food restaurant. As we were about to leave, she surprised my grandkids with a small ice cream cone each. I was truly impressed by the exceptional service we received.
They never got my order correct and I will never understand why. I asked for a cheeseburger and I got a pickle with hot sauce. what part of that is related to a burger, pickles are not even in the menu this is unacceptable. I tasted the sauce and I instantly got huge stomach pain because of what ever nightmare they put on that pickle. worst part is I couldn't return it because it was takeaway.
Burger King doesn't know how to treat customers, they refuse to even do an ac and misbehave.
One of the wrost place never took your calls and wrost services all staff is a wrost staff is ever never cooperates with your choices wrost staff ever , main outlet managers are the most useless staff ever i don't kniw why they are there
