My first time staying at this hotel. All is good except tye front desk needs customer service training specially when u are working for brands like Hyatt. Rude lady on her phone when I was to check out didnt even ask me how my stay was. Just said drop ur keys here. Lady, u should be working as security and not at front desk View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hyatt Food Truck:
Everything outdated and dirty. Smelled strong of water mildew. Staff was nice and breakfast was ok. TV channels was so limited and horrible. Bad location and the bar is a bar table with a few old liquor bottles with no bartender or anyone. View all feedback.
This property is showing its age and in an area surrounded by better hotel options. Awkward location with a side road entrance with hard-to-spot signage. The hotel has a distinct musty odor. The rickety harassed elevator will take you up to your room with tiny bathroom designs so unusually cramped as to picture yourself getting out of a clown car. Sketchy clientele. At one point during our stay there was police activity in there. The breakfast is actually quite decent. The staff are very friendly. Too many better options nearby though.
When I checked in there were stains on the sheet, p stains in the toilet and hair still in the sink. It appears the housekeepers only do a light ‘cleaning’. The staff was nice and did offer a clean room. However, why check a customer into a dirty room. Breakfast poor quality food. I would not recommend this place. Management and the housekeeping staff can do a much better job. The rooms need a deep cleaning.
Clean friendly staff and nice area I love it if I am planning my next trip to Miami I will definitely go to Hyatt place again. Thanks to Hyatt place with a perfect buffet breakfast. It is close to Miami Airport.
Rooms were updated rooms, very clean, staff was attentive, very helpful, great breakfast options! Staff kept it full and clean the whole time!! They were very attentive! Thank you soo much for the hard work!
I haven't sampled many gyro spots, so keep that in mind, but among all the places I've tried in Miami, this is definitely the worst gyro I've ever had. I really didn't enjoy it at all. Other than that, I don't have any additional complaints; it just simply didn't taste good. The falafel was the same—too hard and lacking flavor compared to other establishments.
