We saw a special gourmet 4 course meal offered in the local press to celebrate the Spanish Hispaniola holiday. It was a pleasant drive from Cadiz and we found the Berrueco easily enough. The tables were attractively laid and we had an excellent local craft beer while we waited to be served. A basket of superb local bread accompanied our first course which was a generous prawn cocktail with the sauce served separately. Excellent! This was followed by an interesting experiment in Avocado/cheese. The main course was stuffed small squid which we enjoyed. Dessert was a flan followed by excellent coffee. The owner lives on the premises and only needs a day to put together the meal of your choice for small or large groups. I will be back!

A quiet place for an excellent meal and a huge meal; the rush and/or the pause you put. It's like eating at the house of friends, big cooks and hostesses. an idea of traditional and flavored gastronomy, alternative to the Cadiz coast. If you go, you'll remember.
