I really like Pulp, but this particular location has some problems. The restaurant is clean, but the staff often appears indifferent and isn't very welcoming. Like at other locations, the wait time is consistently 15-30 minutes, even when there’s hardly a line, which is puzzling. The food is good, but it does feel somewhat overpriced. I typically order Pulp for my employees and myself at least 2-3 times a week, so I will return, but the staff definitely needs better training.
The food is excellent, but the service is quite slow. Having only two staff members on a Saturday afternoon isn’t sufficient to manage the restaurant effectively. Customers end up waiting and may feel sympathy for the staff (like me), but many are also frustrated because time is precious. This has been an ongoing issue for years, and it certainly doesn’t benefit their business.
