What User doesn't like about Gionino's Pizzeria:
Gionino's has always been our go-to pizza place, but our recent experience left us disappointed. We ordered a pizza and it took an hour and a half to arrive, and when it finally did, it was undercooked and not up to their usual standards. We were especially disappointed by the large pizza with half garden toppings and half cheese, as the toppings were mushy and unpleasant. We're not sure if we'll be ordering from Gio... Mostly excellent pizza and one mine man and I look forward to this time tasted flat. maybe a free day? we'll give him another try before we go somewhere else to the pizza.

Ordered delivery nearly two hours later the delivery driver came extremely intoxicated to my home brought the wrong order. he was tripping over his feet the entire walk up to my porch his speech was very slurred. he had no place being on the road let alone representing a business delivering food. we called gioninos after getting off the phone with the police they tried to “set it right” by trying to send someone else out to deliver the correct order. needless to say we declined that offer will never be ordering from them again. 10/10 do not recommend.

For years my family and I had always gone to Antonio's but, we tried Gionino's a while back and it is now our go to place for chicken and pizza. Best chicken and pizza in Medina. The food always tastes amazing and the service is always super fast. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming when you enter the shop. In my opinion other pizza shops in Medina can't even compete.

Not thrilled! Ordered 2 large pizzas- a gioninos best and a pepperoni- picked up my order and had a gioninos BREAD and a pepperoni- called to say my order was wrong and was told that's what the person who answered the phone entered as my order, so that was that. I know I didn't order BREAD bc I didn't even know that was a thing.... the guy on the phone was nice- said I could order another pizza- and pay for it ..already spent $38+ $5 tip . really can't see going over $60 for another pizza for their mistake ! Booo
