Unfortunately, this whole situation turned into a disaster. We felt rushed to eat our meals before they cooled down completely, and by the time we finished, everything was cold. The heat only kicked in when we were about to leave. If you're looking for a cozy place where you can comfortably take off your coat and relax, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. Personally, I find it unpleasant to eat lunch while bundled up against the cold. To make matters worse, the waitress was quite rude and didn't seem concerned about how cold we were. Given how much money our group spent, we expected to enjoy at least a couple of hours of comfort, especially in regards to heating!
