The Hat's Olive Tap - Medicine Hat

I have been visiting The Olive Tap for several years, it 's one of my favourite places for Lunch. The ambience is amazing, very European , and welcoming. Carmen and the Girls are always welcoming ad friendly, the food is fresh and excellent, I am especially partial to the Tomato Soup and the homemade Foccacia bread. They have a great assortment of products,. The oil and Vinegars are superb quality, My favourite is the Tuscan Olive Oil and Lemongrass and mint Vinegar. For those of you who love butter, try the Butter flavoured oil, half the calories and excellent flavour (Really good for Popcorn) They have an assortment of gifts, really good for "The Person who is difficult to buy for, lol All in all a MUST try

Lovely little mom-and-pop shop, great tasting food and excellent service! Cosy atmosphere... Too bad they're not open for dinner time as well.
