What Easter Bergnaum doesn't like about Quiznos Sub:
I 've lived in Medicine Hat for over four years and never ate at the Quiznos on Carry Drive, until tonight. It was my first and definitley the last time I will be eating at this establishment. I had the black angus steak sub (ordered to go). The meat was at best room temperature and very dry. I 've had this same sub at other Quiznos ' in other cities multiple times in the past and I 've never had it cold and dry like... View all feedback.
I wish the public would appreciate Quiznos as a superior sandwich on the subway.
Great food as usual. Good service. Still the flavors I still enjoyed.
Something remote. Staff very helpful. The order was removed in time and completed. Interior decor very dated, floor covering worn and lifted. Neon lighting only work half. Works and prep areas look clean and well organized. No visible lines of view in the rear refrig area. Only one washroom in the job for months. Very poor and homemade. The staff was visually seen in sandwich prepo areas on mobile phones. Only location in Medicine Hat.
If the rude people who work the counter and cash do not own space, then they should be fired!! They were crisp and abrupt and didn't get the order right and didn't fix it just over us. We will never eat here again and definitely not recommended our friends r family!!!
I have heard so many great things about the Quiznos franchise. I was excited to branch away from Subway. That's a mistake I regret. I was better off sticking to Subway. This location was understocked. There weren't any straws, they had no Dixie cups for the to go peppers, they had no soup bowls. The fountain drink machine didnt have any syrup in the Fanta. I had asked for no ranch on my sub, what do I find. Ranch. I ordered the sub for take out by the time I got home my sub was already soggy. Disgusting! My husband ordered cheese and broccoli soup the soup of the day. There was evidently none left as the man had to scrimp and scrape the pot just to get a small bowls worth. The peppers were dried out I'm surprised there wasn't dust collected on it. I am not impressed with the service and the condition in which the store was in. I felt like we were the first customers they have seen in a while. I feel like they were understocked and unprepared for business because they don't get many customers and just don't care. If I could take my sub back and ask for my money back, I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND I REGRET NOT GETTING SUBWAY JUST GO TO SUBWAY
