Ordered a oz sirloin with added options: onion rings, onions and mushrooms smothered with gravy accompanied with coleslaw and large portion of ftench fries. It was it a very flavorful meal.
Gave it another chance as the previous time before it had closed down was not so good. Have to say it was waaaay better under the new ownership. Staff was friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. Food was decent, great place as always to bring kids because...of the drawing on the tables and stuff. Nice to see that the building has reopened instead of just being vacant...good luck!
Went for supper with friends, had a nice booth to sit at, had great drinks, great food and a very nicer server.
First time back since it re-opened and was so pleasantly surprised! Had the southern fried chicken sandwich w pot roast soup. Sandwich has huge great big piece of crispy fried chicken and soup was fantastic!
I ordered the striploin with a loaded baked potato and my wife had the ribs and baked potato. The ribs were excellent, steak not so much. Did not have much flavour. I would save the on getting the loaded baked potato. It is just...a sprinkling of cheese and some green onions. Waitress was busy at the bar visiting with friends but did tend to our needs.
