What User doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
I've been there twice since their move, and I'm not impressed. The sign at the pickup window has a disclaimer about contingencies, and I asked about it but received no clear answers. Both times I ordered, the food was lukewarm and the fries were overcooked. This happened during lunchtime, too! I'm not sure if I'll give this place a third chance. View all feedback.

I waited 15 minutes for two Blizzards. One had already melted, and the other wasn't even cold!
I was informed at the ordering box that I would receive my total at the window. However, when I got there, the price was shockingly high for what we had ordered. I requested to remove the soda from my order, but the manager falsely claimed that it wasn't possible. Unfortunately, it seems that Dairy Queens in Medicine Hat are not held to the same standards as those in other towns, likely due to poor management.
Wasn’t that good people were cranky and over worked
If I could give zero star I would. Manager has called me names and one of the workers had looked at me weird and put his finger inside my drink. He was trying to flirt with me and i was extremely scared that he was going to come for me after his shift.
