Whil... read more This is usually a pretty good Wendy’s. Food is fresh and service is decent. My wife and I had the fried chicken sandwich meal (except mine had mayonnaise). While they were delicious, I got sick the next 12 hours. Ugh. Maybe don’t get the mayo in June. But other than that Mrs Lincoln, how was the play?

I delivered from there for door dash and I noticed they like to leave people at the order menu without serving them for 10-20 minutes if you don't say anything.... read more I delivered from there for door dash and I noticed they like to leave people at the order menu without serving them for 10-20 minutes if you don't say anything. I can't tell you how many times I got to the second window and multiple people would ask me what I got and forget about me. It's a complete mess. I understand being understaffed, but this was a very strange experience.

They decided to close their dining room with people inside. The people they kicked out told us they did it since they didn't have enough workers. The drive-thru... read more They decided to close their dining room with people inside. The people they kicked out told us they did it since they didn't have enough workers. The drive-thru was 20 cars deep. We went to another Wendy's and enjoyed it thoroughly. Disappointing for sure, but if they didn't have staff there, it happens.

Normally the ingredients are fine but just over a week ago, I didn’t see till I reached my destination that the lettuce was wilted and the cheese was so molded it had turned blue and fuzzy. Due the chicken being warm, the molded cheese had melted onto it. Nothing was salvageable. I promptly sent an email to corporate filing a complaint and requesting a refund, and it’s been two+ weeks with no answer. I was not provided a receipt so I couldn’t go back to the store. Will never

I get they might be short staffed but doing one order at a time? Is a bit ridiculous does it really take that long to cook one meal? The guy taking the orders was so rude barley spoke English soda was flat fried had no salt chicken nuggets burnt this is why I don’t go to Wendy’s anymore this one or the one on chi ave food is never good anymore lines are long and you wait forever just overall don
