I bought lunch for my younger brother and myself. The order taker was very nice and got our food as fast as possible. My brother said that his meal was fine (he's severely mentally disabled, he always says everything is fine) and my chicken sandwich and mac and cheese were absolutely delicious and I really enjoyed them. What Geraldine Langworth doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
The service at the restaurant is going down hill. I was there last week purchased a $29 worth of food only to get home and realize that the order was completey wrong. I called spoke to Manager about them correcting the error and was offered a replacement Salad a later date. I went there the next week received the salad but ordered other items as well. The service has greatly declined. There are very long wait times; some young servers perform well, while others do not. After a lengthy wait, I received the wrong order at the drive-thru and only realized the mistake once I got home. However, when you do receive the correct order, the food quality is still good.
Despite the long wait, the incredibly friendly staff made it worthwhile for our kids. With high-quality food and excellent service, this franchise has become our family’s go-to spot, whether we’re out and about or in a hurry. It's rare to find a business where the values are evident in every aspect, but this one truly embodies them.

We stayed tonight for a grilled chicken sandwich and a salad, we waited for someone to pick up our order. No one was there, but we! a few employees watched us until the woman who seemed to be manager pushed one of them to take our order! The girl who took our order spoke very slowly and quickly and we repeated our order several times and it was quite clear that she had no desire to take our order! And finally and quickly we got a cold sandwich and a cold pommes with a salad and a drink! I was surprised by the low quality of the sandwich and the terrible customer service as broke by Chick-fil-a!
I live for Peach shake season!! The chicken is always tender and delicious The help is always helpful and cordial. Wait staff everywhere should learn to say, My pleasure. . It is so much kinder and in cync with a service job, than no problem
