Tiki Island - Medford

Tasteless food and unfriendly staff.I got a “special lo mein” and didn’t like it at all. It was tasteless, so I tried to add salt n pepper and soy sauce, but it didn’t work. I asked our waitress if I can get some hot sauce or something but she said I cannot bring any sauce for you, they’re all in the kitchen ?So I didn’t eat my food, anyways, at the end, my wife and I were drinking a cup of tea and the waitress appeared and said “You’re all set right?” I was like yeah, we’re almost taking off, my wife asked there’s still half an hour until you close right? And the waitress goes “well I need to clean up.” ?I definitely won’t go again and don’t recommend this place at all.

Having lunch with my mom Rainy,lunch was great and reasonable priced and not crowded at all,Service was top notch,felt very comfortable great place to visit. Kid-friendliness: Nice quite place,management rite on top of loud disrespectful people,including kids. Wheelchair accessibility: 2 entrances double door,s and ground level.

These people are still open!?!?!??!They have gotten countless people i know recently sick. They took almost 2 months to refund an order which was made way too early (set the pick up time later in the day) and they clearly let it sit out for 4+ hours. You wanna die? Heres your place. You wanna dine? Keep looking cause this isnt that kind of place anymore.
