Subway (west Main) - Medford

Courteous, fast service. Loved the new Hero 1 carb bread.

Mobile order was messed up. Charged me for a six and a twelve inch and gave me two six inch sandwichs. Then one if the sandwichs was cramed full of paper instead of cheese so not even edible. Then when I called in the employee working said there was no manager available and refused to do anything. Time to fire a few people.

I stopped in at the end of a hard week and these guys made my day

Great service, kind consciences employees, quality cheap sandos. 10/10 would visit again.

Very slow sandwich makers at least the one I got was very slow must have taken in at least a half hour to make four sandwiches ahead of me
