What User doesn't like about Shinsei Sushi:
We normally really like this place, but our last visit (1/14) was just OK. The rolls fell apart and were a mess to eat. The potstickers were ok, but not as good as usual. There seemed to be some dynamics happening with the sushi chefs too, which wad odd. We'll definitely be back, as it's convenient to shopping, but we came on an off night, which was a little disappointing. Normally very good. View all feedback.
We really like eating at Shinsei. It's in the middle of Medford, so it's easy to get to and close to shopping. They are friendly and quick to run to the kitchen and ask about vegan items for me. The food is fresh, fast, and well priced. They have a small list of vegetarian sushi rolls and other options that can be customized if they aren't already vegan. In addition, the restaurant space is clean, modern, and hip.
Big veggie rolls and noodles! I asked her to add Tofu to the noodles, although it did not on the menu, and she did this for $2 more. Food was great!

Went here for the first time the other day, the staff was friendly, the food came within 10 minutes of ordering and was amazing! The Tropical roll was excellent, if you like coconut this roll is a must try. It has a coconut sauce that is to die for. They also have other dishes available for people that don't eat fish, everything was fresh and delicious!
Amazing place for fresh, flavorful sushi. Friendly service, reasonable prices and amazing mochi ice cream!
