This is my wife and I is the favorite place to eat every time we go it is always busy. The lady who cooks our food is usually weakened with work, but she still gives great service. Give people a break they all work hard. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sansei:
It’s mall food. The sushi was okay and the tempura was fine but the salad was flavorless and just chopped lettuce or cabbage and the rice felt off. Wished Doordash had refunded me the money for being poor quality. View all feedback.

Extremely rude it was only 630 and she told us that she was about to close and that she would like to go home tonight so we better know what we want
The owner Leslie is so bad at costumer service that goes to the point of been disrespectful to clients. I have been a client there for at least the past 7 years. And after getting leftovers mixed with my food I decided it was too much. So I asked if I could have my order remade or my money back. And she started yelling that it was only $12 and that I was not grateful that she added meet to my food. That she will remember me and no longer take my orders in the future. She always make my food with almost no meet and never complained and the one time I do say something she reacts like this. . And she refused to provide me corporate office number.
The food was okay, but unfortunately the service was awful. I am never returning. The lady was extremely rude. She yelled at my Mom to “wait 10-15” for the chicken. When we haven’t even gotten to order yet. She CONTINUED to yell at us even after we ordered. She didn’t let us get our food after and kept repeating that it’ll take 10-15 minutes even though our food was right there. Then after we FINALLY got our food, my dad went over to collect it where she then proceeded to keep yelling at him that she called us 3 times and that now it wasn’t “her fault that the food was cold” We never once disrespected her and she shouldn’t have treated any customer like that.
