I walked in and felt pressured to place my order before even looking at the menu. The person who took our order was quite rude, and the waitstaff did not seem welcoming at all. Interestingly, the cook came out of the kitchen briefly and was more friendly than anyone else. The decor is cute, but the atmosphere was very loud and echoey. I love Ruby’s so much. I live all the way in Portland and this is my absolute favorite place to eat when i come to southern Oregon, it’s a must. They have amazing drinks and food and it’s so clean. The staff is also so laid back and kind! Theyre also starting to stay open until 5 now which is so nice when you want something yummy in the evening :
Paul is making slammin cocktails here!! New hours open until 5pm and perfect cozy spot for a drink, food, and great company. Between the breakfast burritos, mimosas, and hot toddy our Sunday was immediately elevated thanks to Paul. We will be back for more!!
It's all around great breakfast spot. Can get busy but everyone is super nice!
The service was good, the wait wasn’t long, the food is good but don’t get the rice bowl unless you aren’t very hungry… it’s literally a cup half filled.Update: literally just found a hair in the bottom of the cup ? wish I could take my $7 tip back.Update update lol: I also just realized that they didn’t even put cabbage in it! We got two and they skipped cabbage for both.
