This place does not serve authentic Peruvian cuisine. While the food isn't bad, it's simply not true to the traditional Peruvian flavors. Sorry, but that's the reality.

First, congratulations on being recognized as the Best of the Best! However, I feel I’m in the minority with my opinion. I’ve been a customer at PP for several years, but I've only visited once this year because the attitude of the young woman at the service window has been quite off-putting during my last three visits. During my first encounter, I thought she might just be having a bad day. A few months later, I wondered if it was another rough day for her. By my last visit, I felt that she simply isn’t suited for a role that involves interacting with the public. There’s no justification for her attitude. I always order the same meal, which has been delicious (though a bit overpriced), but now it seems it’s just not worth it for two reasons.

The restaurant serves outstanding Peruvian cuisine. The tacos are fabulous, overflowing with generous amounts of onions and cilantro. However, I suggest steering clear of cash payments, as there is a possibility that your order may get misplaced.

We were asked to text our orders in advance due to our large group of 15, which made sense. We submitted our orders three hours before our arrival, but when we got there, none of the food was ready. Initially, the staff claimed they hadn't received our text. However, once we showed them the screenshot, they acknowledged they had received it but had just neglected to check it. This level of customer service is quite disappointing. While we do enjoy the food, we will be exploring other dining options moving forward.

I recently visited Peruvian Point for the first time and ordered takeout for a work lunch. Instead of my usual tacos, I decided to try the bomba salad, and I was pleasantly surprised. The vinaigrette was bursting with flavor, the chicken was tender and perfectly seasoned, and the dipping sauces were delightful! I highly recommend this restaurant and definitely plan to go back.
