What Jodiesel doesn't like about New China Chinese Cuisine:
Meal was ok. The General's chicken was over cooked. The crab puffs were fantastic though. The pork fried rice was nothing special, reminded me of a frozen tv dinner rice. Took them a long time to bring out the main course even though there were not many patrons inside. Prolly won't be going back. View all feedback.
My experience was terrible!! The food was cold and service bad. We got no tea until end of meal and charged for it. and literally only one other table was being serviced. Never again!
Food was spot on , I have been looking for a Chinese restaurant like this for years. I was so impressed with everything.
Absolutely had the best dinner tonight. These guys have it going on. Haven't had this real chinese,fresh to order in years. What a gem. Employess are absolutely the best engaging people ypu could ask for. Made our night. Thank you thank you!
Been coming here off and on for about 12 years (wife loves em ', me not so much). They 've frequently made mistakes on our orders. This is understandable and could be easily remedied with a little bit of good customer service. However, this is my third negative experience regarding poor customer service. It wouldn 't be so bad if they would own up to their mistakes and just offer a little common sense to solve problems. Instead, they turn their fault into a double negative telling you that there 's very little they can do to make things right. I ordered a $16 dinner that should have had rice. In fact, the dish NEEDS IT to soak up the overly gelatinous goop. When I asked if they could give a partial refund for the rice they didn 't give me, they said NO! (Keep in mind this has happened to me three times in the past). When I pressed harder on that, they said they could give me a free rice sometime in the future. That doesn 't help with the dish at hand and doesn 't help me in the future either as I 'm never going there for a side of rice. Instead of providing excellent customer service and refunding me for something I paid for and didn 't get, they insisted on doubling down with the negative service to make me feel like I 'm the bad guy. Then they complain about their industry and how their customer service lacks because of their high turnover rate with their employees. Go figure. I went down the street to one of their competitors and was treated respectfully politely while they graciously provided me with rice in a fraction of the time without wasting my gas and without the negative attitude fuss. Problem solved, I 'll be going to the other restaurant from now on.
Normally, I like this place. Yet I feel like something has changed. The pink sauce did not taste the same, and neither did the Mar Far chicken
