We stopped in Memos Kitchen on our drive to WA. Absolutely the best breakfast. Fantastic service with the sweetest and most efficient serving staff. The food is iconic Mexican American. I highly recommend the Machaca with steaming hot flour tortillas. If you’re in Medford Memos is a must visit for breakfast or lunch. View all feedback.
