It would be beneficial for them to improve their reading skills.

We ordered through the drive-thru around 5:30p.m. When what we wanted to order was not available, we ordered 2 three piece dinners. We were asked: dark or white... read more We ordered through the drive-thru around 5:30p.m. When what we wanted to order was not available, we ordered 2 three piece dinners. We were asked: dark or white meat. Us: 1 of each; simple. Him: that's 2 three piece white meat dinners with mashed potatoes. Us: No, one of each. Him: Original or Crispy? Us: dark Original, white Crispy. Him: 2 three piece Original white meat dinners with mashed potatoes. Us: No, 2 three piece dinners, one dark Original, one white Crispy what are side options? Him: mashed potatoes. We looked at the menu. Us: mashed potatoes with the dark French Fries with the white. Him: 2 Three Piece white Meat dinners, 1 Original, 1 Crispy, with Mashed Potatoes! We looked at eachother, shook our heads, said...fine, whatever. We were hungry! Drove home, set the table, sat down; what was in our mystery boxes? 2 Three Piece Dark Meat dinners, 1 Original 1 Crispy, Both with Mashed Potatoes...Are you kidding me?! On top of that, when I put the chicken on the plates, walked away to get our drinks came back, the chicken was so greasy that there was a layer of grease on the plates. The Original was so soggy, that after taking the battered skin off there was a layer of grease on the meat that was soaked through; disgusting! Ofcourse, No fries to comment on! The 2 biscuits were shriveled so they did not resemble a normal biscuit they were hard! It was not like this was at closing time all that was left over! Not a $20 dinner for two hungry people who just wanted to enjoy a simple fried chicken meal that they had not had in a very long time!! This was a Shameful waste of time, gas, money... obviously, I was still hungry!
