Always fresh,tasty, extremely friendly service. I feel like they give good value for money. Eat there at least once a week. Parking: ADA, plus plenty of easy access parking. Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere for kids . They don't have to real quiet. Wheelchair accessibility: My wife has no problem entering or exiting.

It's been awhile since I've been in the medford Heroes. And my taste buds were popin with every savory flavor of my burger. And the fries are just as good as I remember. Don't let me forget about staff management. Always a pleasure. Dietary restrictions: Say you don't want any carbs you can always have your burgers in a box which is delicious cuz you can have all the fixings and eat it with a fork. And that goes for the sandwiches ,Say your vegetarian get a teriyaki bowl with no meat that's a good option. Build your own salad, ? they always have fresh vegetables.
