Heart And Bowl - Medford

Heart and Bowl offers delicious and creative menu options. My wife and I love when our schedule allows us a visit to their food truck. Everything we've tried has been wonderful, but the Mediterranean Bowl is a personal favorite. VERY worth the visit, even if you have to wait in line.

AMAZING FOOD and AMAZING Service, PLUS the owner of this cart is always so nice!! The food is SUPER healthy and you feel so good after eating it. Usually I think that unhealthy food tastes better, but this place changes my mind about that! Who needs fried food when you can have a delicious health bowl! P.S. Even though it says they are closed until March, they really are OPEN!!

Had the power polenta bowl which was all around delicious. I loved it! After that i tried the yakisoba ramen which was good also but i was not a fan at all of how salty the tofu was. Idk if the Japanese style dish is supposed to have super salty tofu or not. Wasn't for me though.

So good. Like SO GOOD! I Keep wanting to take a pic to post but I end up scarfing it down before I remember!! I love her menu and she is so genuine and does so much to help others I. Our community!!

The food is healthy, filling, and beautiful. Wonderful service! I've been twice this month for the beet salad with popcorn...so good! Thank you!!
